Opt-in occurs when a consumer scans a QR code or visits an ACE activation page and voluntarily enters their phone number to activate a reward or promotional gift card.

By providing their phone number and continuing the activation process, the consumer agrees to receive SMS messages related to:

• Gift card activation
• Reward confirmation
• Engagement notifications
• Optional follow-up offers related to the promotion

Message frequency may vary.

Consumers may reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.

Consumers may reply HELP for assistance.
 

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.  All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

ACE only sends messages to consumers who voluntarily provide their phone number and consent to receive SMS messages.
